What is the difference between Contract and Trade?
At Louis Poulsen, we use "Trade" to refer to residential designers and "Contract" for those working on larger-scale commercial or architectural projects.
While we’re happy to support both, the tools and processes differ. Trade customers typically shop on behalf of their clients, so we offer a streamlined ecommerce experience through MyLouis.
Do you have a Trade program?
Yes, Louis Poulsen has a program where qualified Trade Partners receive 15% off all orders on our webstore in North America. Please fill out this form to apply. We will review your application within 2-3 business days.
This program is designed to support you on residential projects. If you have inquiries about commercial or large contract projects, please contact customerservice@trunqexilvix.site for more information.
What benefits does Louis Poulsen offer to trade partners?
Once you qualify to become a member of our trade program, you will automatically receive 15% off, tax exemption, early access to new products, exclusive invitations to events, and a dedicated customer support team.
Who is eligible to join the Trade Program?
Our Trade Program is open to residential design professionals, including interior designers, interior architects, stylists, home stagers, and contractors. To apply, simply provide a business license and the credentials outlined on our Trade application page.
How can I place an order?
As a Trade Partner, you can place your order on our order platform, MyLouis. This program is primarily intended for trade customers working on residential projects. If you have not already applied to become a Trade Partner, please do so here.
Once our team has notified you of approval, proceed with your order on our website as usual using the email address associated with your new account to check out and receive your discount. Please note, once you have signed in, the 15% discount is added automatically when the product is selected and added to the cart, so you can easily find the applicable prices for your project.
Where can I see Louis Poulsen products in person?
We have retailers and partner showrooms all over the USA who carry various products for viewing. Please use our store locator tool to find a store near you and be sure to call ahead for appointment requirements and product availability.
